Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

We know a lot of our family is spread across the world, and we're working on it. Join our list and you'll be the first to know when we open up.

How long it takes

Your shirt is printed after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means two stages:

Production: 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Delivery: 4-8 business days once it ships.

Most US orders arrive within about a week and a half from the day you order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start production the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has stalled, email us at support@papoapparel.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — packages often turn up within a day or two. If it doesn't, email us and we'll work with you on it.
